Position: Sales Specialist – Cleaning, Pest Control & Facility Management Services
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities: generate new business opportunities and grow the client base; promote soft services including cleaning, pest control, and facility management; conduct client meetings, site visits and presentations; prepare proposals, negotiate and close deals; achieve monthly sales targets and build long-term client relationships.
Reporting to: Sales Manager.
Requirements: 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in facility management, cleaning services, pest control or related soft services; strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills; good understanding of the Saudi market; fluent in Arabic and English; valid driving license required, own vehicle is a plus.
